Important notice regarding minor artist

Journee Mergens is sixteen years old. Per California Family Code §6750 and §6751, a minor may disaffirm a contract upon turning 18 unless the agreement has court approval (Coogan Law). Her father and legal guardian Jamison Mergens co-signs on her behalf. Licensees are encouraged to seek court approval for enforceability.
