Hi, I’m Journee. I work in colored pencil, ink, and digital paint — mostly figures, insects, and things that feel a little haunted. Below is a small selection of recent pieces. New work and a print shop are coming soon.

The workspace
Most of these were made at a small desk under a window, surrounded by reference photos pinned to corkboard and a stack of half-finished sketchbooks. Traditional pieces are usually colored pencil on toned paper or black board; digital work lives in Procreate on an iPad.
I’m sixteen, based in Northern California, and currently taking on a small number of commissions through my dad (legal guardian) under a California-compliant licensing agreement.
